Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Reception Arrival Specialist in Lithia Springs, GA. You will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, managing access control, verifying badges, and maintaining visitor records while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role includes monitoring entry activity, responding to security-related concerns, and coordinating with site contacts to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/incident records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate professionally with visitors and staff.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions or hazards to leadership.
