Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Visitor Reception Officer in Lithia Springs, GA to serve clients at a front desk, manage access control, and greet visitors with professionalism. The role focuses on security procedures, customer service, and clear communication with staff and guests.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a varied daytime schedule, emphasizing reliability and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a secure environment while supporting site

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, handle calls, and communicate information to staff.
• Respond to incidents and maintain a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Keep accurate records of visitors and security-related activities, report unusual activity.
