Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Access Coordinator in Lithia Springs, GA. You will welcome patients and visitors, control access, monitor entry activity, and coordinate with healthcare staff to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor and manage front-desk access, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and direct individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Receive incoming calls, document visitor and incident information, and relay relevant details to site contacts and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally while following procedures.
• Maintain awareness of lobby activity, report suspicious or unauthorized activity, and deter unauthorized access.
