Pay rate is $18.93 per hour, with a schedule that includes day and night shifts. The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and front-desk operations within a manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor sign-in, credential issuance, and access requests.
• Monitor access points and front-desk communications; report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident records and welcoming entry experience.
