Allied Universal in San Francisco is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Access Attendant to greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain a welcoming, secure lobby environment.

You will monitor cameras and access control, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and guests, while following site policies. This role offers flexible daytime shifts and opportunities to grow within a leading security services company.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests per site policies.
• Answer phones, receive deliveries, and provide information while remaining professional and welcoming.
• Monitor security systems (cameras, access control, alarms) and report any unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following established procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
