Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, alarms, cameras and systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures; notify leadership or responders as needed.
• Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries, provide directions, receive deliveries, and maintain lobby presence.
