Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for an office building in Nashville, TN. The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to earn additional hours through the scheduling platform.

You will contribute to a safe environment while supporting patient, visitor, and staff security at the site. The position requires security experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses; background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff; follow security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of healthcare facility grounds, parking areas, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and reporting of unusual activity.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership and responders.
