Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• All applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control, and reporting of unusual activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
