Job summary

Allied Universal in Nashville is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced to support a hospital setting with fixed shifts. This role emphasizes dependable hours, patient and staff safety, and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
A background check is required as a condition of employment.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations following site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned healthcare areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and badge requirements.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
