Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and property conditions; report observations and maintenance concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and request additional assistance when needed.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
