Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Boca Raton, FL to provide courteous customer service, patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and report incidents. The role emphasizes safety, presence, and excellent communication with residents and visitors.

The position operates on Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM and Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Training and shifts are managed via our platform, supporting flexible scheduling within a dynamic

Qualifications

Have at least 2 years of security related experience.
A Guard Card or license is required.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors per security procedures.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and security related activities.
