Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property areas and parking facilities.
• Monitor access points and report observations or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and request assistance when needed.
• Prepare clear activity reports and share information with site leadership.
