Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced - Part Time in Boca Raton, FL. This role provides flexible, reliable hours with anchor shifts and additional shifts available through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The position offers fixed shifts (Anchor Shifts) with six-month commitments and opportunities to pick up extra shifts for increased earnings, potentially leading to a fuller schedule up to 40

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and personnel while following site security procedures.
• Perform regular and random unarmed patrols of the property and common areas.
• Monitor access points and report any observations or incidents to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with additional support when needed.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate updates to leadership.
