Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and facility personnel following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization; maintain logs and reports.
