Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to security-related operations.
