Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Anchor Patrol in West Chester, OH. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts for higher earnings, supporting a flexible part-time schedule.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in security, strong customer service, and basic computer skills, and are 18+ with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, building perimeters, and utility-related areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor arrivals and departures in accordance with site procedures; maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Help maintain a professional presence at the location while communicating observations, hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
