Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Part Time Anchor Patrol in West Chester, OH. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with six-month commitment, plus the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings and gain experience across sites.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday shifts. Ideal for those seeking part-time hours with income stability and a path to full-time hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, building perimeters, and utility-related areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor arrivals and departures in accordance with site procedures; maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Help maintain a professional presence at the location while communicating observations, hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
