Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Columbus, OH. This role offers a fixed anchor shift with the option to pick up extra shifts, providing reliable hours and up to 40 hours per week when needed. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

You will monitor access, assist customers and visitors, report incidents, and perform routine patrols. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license where required, background check, and willingness to obtain CPR/First

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Customer service experience preferred; access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the location and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and report them.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, sales areas, stock areas, and perimeter.
• Communicate professionally with store leadership and responding agencies.
