Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Enhanced (Part Time) in West Chester, OH, offering flexible, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform. The role focuses on access control, visitor verification, and incident response, designed for reliability and income stability. Weekly pay is provided, with opportunities to scale to up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required.
• Candidate must be 18+ for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and authorization requirements before entry.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and access-related records per site procedures.
• Respond to access control alarms and incidents calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
