The Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced position in Weslaco, TX provides reliable hours at an assigned site and the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Fixed shifts (anchor shifts) require a six-month commitment; you can increase earnings by taking additional shifts across multiple sites via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and prepare accurate incident reports as required.
• Maintain awareness of manufacturing operations and changing site conditions, reporting hazards and policy violations to leadership.
