Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check.
• Guard Card or license is preferred for this role, depending on site requirements.
• Ability to work a fixed shift and participate in occasional additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, log visitors and contractors.
• Issue and collect visitor badges and report unauthorized access attempts to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures, communicating relevant information promptly.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
