Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to identify and report security-related concerns.
Assist with protection of food and beverage operations by monitoring restricted areas and reporting unusual activity.
