Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time for Lake City, FL. The role provides flexible, reliable hours with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

This position includes a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a schedule that includes night shifts (Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM). You’ll perform customer service, security procedures, and incident response while patrolling assigned sites and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist in emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
