Qualifications

• Minimum of at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate entry/exit records.
• Control access for deliveries, contractors, and authorized personnel per site requirements and direct visitors to check-in areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and communicate observations through established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
