Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.
• Driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility and verify credentials.
• Conduct regular patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures.
• Maintain activity logs and report observations to leadership.
