Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: customer service experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, manage entry, and document activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-related concerns following site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate observations to site leadership.
