Pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The role includes customer service, access control, patrols, and incident response at a technology site; background check and drug screen apply where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report irregularities.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift handoff communications.
