• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity and notice unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitors and incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report facility conditions affecting operations.
