The position offers a pay rate of $18.75 per hour with fixed shifts and the option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, enabling earnings growth while gaining diverse site experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation per federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and delivery partners while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the distribution location by verifying identification and documentation.
• Maintain accurate access-control records of visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter.
