Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries while following security procedures.
• Screen individuals, visitor credentials, packages, and deliveries per site requirements; report irregularities.
• Monitor entry points and support access-control to maintain authorized access to facilities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed with site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and report security-related concerns.
