Allied Universal is hiring for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Lenexa, Kansas. This role offers reliable, fixed hours at a designated site with an option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, designed to support a path toward full-time opportunities within the industry leader.

The position features a fixed shift and an Earn More via the Pick-A-Shift program, with responsibilities spanning customer service, incident response, patrol duties, and access control at a technology

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check will be conducted in compliance with laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document security-related incidents and observations.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership.
