Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer for a Commercial Building Area patrol in New York. The role provides reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and earn more, with a base pay of $20 per hour.

You will conduct patrols, assist tenants and staff, respond to incidents, monitor access, and ensure safety while providing professional customer service in a dynamic building

Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns following property protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial areas.
• Monitor and report unusual activity and hazards to correct personnel.
• Assist with visitor access and tenant inquiries to support a professional environment.
