Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in Mesa, AZ. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $24.72 per hour with a fixed shift and opportunities to earn more. Duties include customer service, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and completing detailed activity reports in accordance with site

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license where required by site policy.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required at hire.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions where applicable.
• Background check and drug screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology, media, and telecom site as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns and emergencies calmly.
• Regularly patrol interior, exterior, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and report issues to staff.
• Prepare and submit detailed activity reports per site requirements.
