Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report issues.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate shift information.
