Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet minimum age requirements (18+ unarmed, 21+ armed).
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors at a healthcare location.
• Manage site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Verify identifications, issue temporary credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
