Allied Universal®, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Authorization in Houston, TX. This role provides reliable, assigned-site hours with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with a DayTime schedule of 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. This position offers chances to grow, and may lead toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, common areas, and perimeters to identify security concerns.
• Maintain logs and reports regarding access activity, incidents, and observations.
