Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public, following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned government buildings and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and handoff information.
