Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Verification in Herndon, VA to provide reliable, flexible hours at a corporate technology site. This part‑time role offers steady shifts with optional pick‑ups to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include customer service for employees and visitors, access control, incident response, and patrols. Requirements: HS diploma, background check, drug screen, 18+ (21+ for armed), valid driver's license for driving

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/regulation.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access control concerns, and critical situations calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor entry requirements; provide directions per site policies.
• Complete activity, incident, and shift reports while maintaining a professional presence.
