Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to the location and verify authorization for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
