Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in industrial and retail areas.
• Monitor access, report unusual activity, and assist visitors/vendors.
• Respond to incidents calmly, notifying appropriate contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete reports and logs; communicate observations to leadership.
