Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for the Dodge Center, MN site. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and a scheduling platform to claim extra shifts for additional earnings.

Pay rate is $20.22 per hour, with day and night schedules across weekends. This position provides flexible income, potential progression, and benefits through the perks program.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Carry out regular and random unarmed patrols of site areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and document activities.
• Report maintenance concerns and unusual activity per procedures.
