Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Minneapolis, MN. This role provides reliable, fixed shifts at a designated site with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with a two-shift weekly schedule, and opportunities to grow within the company. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and are willing to undergo background checks and

High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check to comply with laws.

A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and parking areas.
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to store personnel or leadership.
Respond to incidents calmly and document relevant details following site procedures.
Assist with access control, escorts, and other security duties to deter theft and disruption.
