Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Minneapolis, MN. This role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

The position pays $20.50 per hour and includes the chance to grow within a leading security and facility services company. Work hours include weekend shifts with potential for more hours as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures and customer service at the site.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the office property, including common areas and entrances.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations to leadership.
