Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Prepare clear reports of observations and incidents for site leadership.
