Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and track visitor/contractor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document them appropriately.
• Support emergency response, maintain accurate logs, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
