Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and company policy.
• Licensing requirements as applicable by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including entry points and parking areas.
• Monitor access activity and report hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity logs as required by site.
