Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as required by laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology location by following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and track visitor/contractor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken and notifications.
• Support emergency response activities, maintain logs, and communicate with leadership and client representatives.
