Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to site personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal procedures.
