Minimum Requirements listed by employer: valid driver’s license in the state of work, TSA-issued TWIC, customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors following site policies and, when needed, assist in emergency response.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident logs.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
