Job summary

Allied Universal in Brownsville, TX seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Reporting to provide reliable, flexible security coverage at a designated site.

You will earn $10.00 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform; up to 40 hours weekly. The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, and regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observed conditions and maintenance-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
